I'm Melissa Levine, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with over 12 years of experience providing counseling to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I work with clients on a wide range of concerns — including stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, eating disorders, self-esteem, depression, family conflict, infertility, trauma, abuse, anger management, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment for everyone I work with. I've built Lev Therapy as a space where clients feel heard and empowered, and I look forward to supporting you as we begin your therapeutic journey together.
